Cette première tournée sera colossale, promet encore Luc Langevin, qui s’entourera de créateurs identifiés au Cirque du Soleil pour apporter un emballage visuel, qui se démarquera. Il apportera donc de nouveaux numéros, en évitant les clichés des habituels spectacles de magie. « Non, je n’aurai pas une aguichante assistante à mes côtés, dit-il en riant. Je serai seul en scène; à l’occasion, des techniciens graviteront bien sûr autour de moi. »

The Edmonton and Calgary Magic Clubs are proud to "join forces" and and put this event together and hope it becomes an annuel event for everyone to look forward to every year. Red Deer is a perfect half way point for theis event. Noon to 1PM- For people to get their tables ready ONLY PLEASE. 1 to 3- Swap meet. 3 to 4- Putting tables away and setting up chairs for show. Also lecture presented by the famous comedy magician Ryan Pilling. 4 to 6ish- Magic Show. 6ish to 7clean up.

Tony Chris wins gold!

He can turn a handkerchief into a wand, make a beer bottle disappear into thin air, or transport a playing card across a room without even touching it.


Just don't ask noted mentalist and magician Tony Chris how he does it.


"When people ask, 'How do you that?' I respond with 'Very well, I thought,'" he said.
 

That tongue-in-cheek approach, combined with a keen knack for sleight of hand, helped the 44-year-old Coquitlam resident win a gold medal at the recent Pacific Coast Association of Magicians convention in Seattle.
