Magical blogs

Recently, someone asked "Any good magic blogs out there?"  Good question.

Here's a list of blogs written by magical Canadians (former and current) about which I'm aware:
Please leave a comment if you'd like to be included or know of others that I'm missing.  The list will appear as a feature in the middle column, below the "Sponsored by" section, under the title "Magical blogs."

End of year one: Magicana and the MCA

Magicana* has been the administrative team for the Magic Collectors Association (MCA) for a whole year now!  The MCA publishes a quarterly journal (Magicol), hosts an annual collectors weekend and makes available special offerings to its membership.

In their recent blog post "year one -- sort of" they highlight a "fabulous special offer to round out the year."
From their website:
Ian Keable has graciously offered MCA members a 20% discount on his latest book, Magic Shows 30 years of Programmes from Daniels to Darren. This is a limited-time offer which expires January 31, 2011, or while supplies last – the printing is limited to 500 copies. We will review the book in the February 2011 issue of Magicol, but why wait?!  This is a great deal and from what we have seen, a great book.
