Great news!
I am in the process of dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"s of selling this blog! The buyer is the official publication for a large magic organization. They are purchasing the web site, Facebook page and Twitter feed outright, while paying me a small salary for continuing to publish content. The purchase is part of their strategy to increase both membership and revenue.
We will be working to make this transition as seamless as possible. However, there will be a few changes once the sale is complete. Specifically:
- All items will be published on a fee per post basis. (Items submitted by members will be published at a greatly reduced rate.)
- The cost of site sponsorship will increase. (With a substantially discounted rate for members.)
- Prank posts such as this one, published on April Fools' Day, will no longer be permitted.
