From the June 1st upload on the Don't Everybody Leave YouTube channel (with Mac King, Jacob Jax, Jason England, Vinny Grosso, Nick Diffatte, and Michael Goudeau):
( If you just want to learn the mind reading trick, skip to 33:24 )
It's episode EIGHTEEN of Don't Everybody Leave! Can you believe it?? We can't. This episode features our very first teach-a-trick segment! The fabulous Evasons join us to discuss all things mind reading. They also tell us about trying to walk on the Vegas Strip in 120 degree heat, the amazing part of their Penn & Teller: Fool Us appearance that didn't make it to air, and the worst show they ever had to do. They hold the distinct honor of being the first people to give us a "worst show ever" story involving fried fish. Plus, Jacob's great memory, Vinny's naked body, and Goudeau's tips on how to stay in one place while riding a six foot tall Unicycle. Another hilarious and fun episode! We can't be stopped!
Break a leg Matt!

From the "Calgary Club Meeting and Mini Lecture by Mac King" Facebook event by the Calgary Magic Circle:
Thursday June 17
Online eventAcclaimed by MAGIC Magazine as the #1 comedy magician in the world today, Mac has been named “Magician of the Year” by the Magic Castle in Hollywood, broken a Guinness World Record, appeared on seven TV specials for NBC-TV, been inducted into the Las Vegas Hall of Fame at UNLV, been voted the sixth best show in all of Las Vegas by the Las Vegas Review Journal, rocked the audience on “The Late Show with David Letterman,” tore it up three times on “Penn & Teller’s Fool Us” (where Penn and Teller called Mac, “The greatest comedy magician at least alive today, and maybe who ever lived”), and his book from Random House just entered it’s 12th printing.
He’s been named “Entertainer of the Year” and “Best Strip Headliner” by Las Vegas Weekly, and “Best Magician,” “Best Bargain Show,” and “Favorite Male Las Vegan” by the Las Vegas Review Journal. He is a pioneer in bringing high quality entertainment to the afternoons in Las Vegas, being named “Best Afternoon Show” by Where Magazine, Best Read Guide, What’s On Magazine, LVM, and many, many, many, more tourist publications.
In January 2000, King began his current one-man show, The Mac King Comedy Magic Show at Harrah’s Las Vegas Casino & Hotel, where, over the last 20-plus years, he has performed nearly 10,000 shows to more than two million fans. This makes him almost certainly the longest-running one-man show in the history of Las Vegas.
His astounding sleight of hand and irresistible humor has been seen both live and on television in China, Spain, Japan, Germany, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, England, Argentina, Holland, Cuba, Mexico, Finland, Canada, Chile, and Portugal.
According to his wife Jennifer and daughter Eli, he is a fine husband, a great dad, a pretty good cook, and an all around swell fellow. Mac will teach at least two tricks, tell stories, chat and of course be available for a Q&A.
ICYMI, here's our Tweet about our Hidden Wonders Virtual Experience in April.
Does this mean what we think it means?
From the Hidden Wonders Speakeasy Magic Experience Facebook page:
It looks like there's still a chance to get in on the Hidden Wonders the Speakeasy Magic Experience at their June 24th fundraiser for Co-op Radio Vancouver.
From the Eventbrite page:
Using the technology of the ZOOM Platform the audience at home will experience an evening of wonder and be secure in knowing what they are seeing on their screen is exactly what they would see if they were at an in-person performance. Every show at Hidden Wonders is unique in content as the order and choice of the effects are completely dependant on the choice of the audience.
If you would like to show your support for our sponsors, but have no immediate need for their products, consider purchasing a gift certificate which you can put to use (or not) at a later time.
